AI transparency

Current service information · Updated 16 October 2026

Requested writing assistance

Signed-in users can request career guidance, resume and cover-letter drafting. Employer-authorized users can request job-description and recruitment writing assistance. Availability depends on service configuration and usage allowances. AI output is editable text and is marked for review; it is not an employment decision.

Inputs and outputs

The OpenAI request includes your message and selected Passport fields: headline, summary, experience, education, skills, projects, work arrangement, salary preference and goals. It can include up to 20 published job records. The code does not deliberately add your Passport email or phone to that request, but details you put in free text may still be sent. The response produces text. Usage records include account ID, action, model and token counts.

Review and limitations

The application instructs the AI not to invent credentials, apply automatically, reject applicants or make eligibility decisions. These instructions are safeguards, not a guarantee that every generated sentence is correct. Candidates review applications before submission. The displayed skills comparison checks overlapping self-declared skills and salary/work preferences; it is guidance, not a validated suitability score. Employers retain responsibility for hiring decisions.

Provider processing

API requests use OpenAI with store:false. That setting is not a guarantee of zero provider retention or a statement about all provider-side logs. Avoid unnecessary sensitive information in prompts. Contact legal@phjobs.space about AI-related privacy concerns or inaccurate information.

Video introduction preview

The landing-page video-call design is static illustrative content. It does not request camera or microphone access, record audio/video, conduct an AI interview, or score candidates.
